Severe eczema

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Good day. I have been treating eczema all over my skin for some months now,I have used skineal but all it does is it lighten my face and has no effect on the once around my back. It only beaches it. It's grown worst as I'm beginning to have little light patches around my body like a discoloration. Please what else can I apply? I am a dark skin boy.
