Severe Hair Fall and Natural Growth

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am suffering from severe hair fall for last two months. Earlier, I was undergoing a medical treatment (with topical minoxidil solution and oral DHT inhibitors), and could see a lot of difference but left the medicines due to some reasons. i would like to know about quick hair regrowth therapies like mesotherapy etc. I don't want a transplant.
