You mentioned you have pcod and thyroid issue and both can affect hair in different ways.Pcod is usually associated with female pattern hair loss where you see thinning of hair in parting and crown area. This thinning is mainly due to excess androgen which is due to pcod.Thyroid issue can make your hair dry and also increases hair shedding. You need to consult a gynecologist for proper treatment of pcod. Also we need to do some blood tests to check nutritional status and hemoglobin as vitamin deficiencies and anemia can also cause hair loss. Minoxidil will help but we need to treat all the possible causes for hair loss and thinning. For recovery of lost hair,  PRP ( Platelet Rich Plasma) is the latest and best treatment as it recovers your hair density naturally and no side effects. ( Google my name followed by Prp for more details) . Dermaroller is another option which we combine with PRP.
Next Steps
If your pcod and thyroid issues are under control, there is no reason why you shouldn't get best results with above treatment options. We also need to correct vitamin and hemoglobin deficiency, if any.
