These are not the only causes. Please contact me using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Usually the causes are simple and common.

Hair loss is a progressive problem and if not tackled in time tends to keep worsening over time. There are various causes of hair fall. Read my health feed for a better detailed understanding. https://fit.practo.com/#!/content/28405 After reading this I hope you will be convinced that a proper thorough examination of your scalp from a qualified dermatologist will be advisable for a fruitful outcome. There are various treatment options available for improving hair loss- apart from medical management other supplemental procedures like microneddling and PRP which can be used to achieve good results........ the pain can you are complaining of can be sensitive scalp syndrome or occipital nerve syndrome. without Proper examination it is difficult to comment on the cause. Get an online consult or meet a dermatologist directly for a proper evaluation of the condition.. In my honest opinion, Rather than online consult I would suggest direct consultation because hair treatment takes time and a regular follow-up is needed. Hope this was helpful.
