hello there.
one sided headache usually is in the favor of migraine.
migraine usually but not necessarily comes with certain other symptoms like vomiting, intolerance to light of sound.
migraine is a diagnosis which should be made after ruling out other possible causes of such headache.
kindly visit your physician and get examined, you may need certain tests Also to be done.
