Severe headaches
It last till upto more than week, I am working in US shift. My shift lasts till 3 in morning. Can't sleep, loss of appetite. And pain on both sides of head, above ears, on that point and accompanied with eye pain. No nausea nothing just headache and eyepain. I sleep for about 7 hrs. Confused between migraine and stress headache.

1) your headache is stress induced headache , created due to wrong daily routine.
2) take simple painkillers like tab dolo , if headache is moderate to severe. Try to have a regular healthy life. Try to sleep for 8 hrs a day. Take small beak during work.

This can happen due to reversal of sleep cycle because of your job profile. Take betacap plus 5 at the time you go to sleep.
