Severe mouth and tongue ulcers
I am from nasik i m facing severe mouth and tongue ulcers...Tongue colour has also changed in to white shade..almost i am facing this problem very often....it is very painful..plz suggest

It is difficult to tell some treatment without actually seeing the lesion,it would be good if you attach some pictures of the lesions of the mouth.There can be several reasons of mouth ulcers like sharp edges of teeth,,vitamin deficiencies etc.

Hi.. Most likely u mite be folic acid deficient.. Consult a physician for any multivitamin supplements...
If this does not solve.. Try reducing spicy and hot food often..
If still no relief.. Visit a dentist
