My husband is having severe nasal congestion he's been using nasal drops xynosone or rhinosone from over a year now regularly without them he can't seem to breathe he's also an asthma patient and using inhalers he's taking Telfast D also for congestion but overall situation is not getting any better and please help

Avoid xylometazoline nasal drops (long term use may cause rhinitis medicamentosa) and switch to steroid nasal spray (fluticasone furoate nasal spray 2puffs in each nostril twice a day), tablet bilastine 20mg once at night, plain water stem twice a day
Visit otolaryngologist after lockdown for nasal endoscopy
