Severe Neck Pain !
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last year. I have been having severe neck cramps and shooting pain in the regions behind the ears. Does Fibromyalgia have anything to do with this as there is no shoulder or back pain as in the case of Fibromyalgia case. I don't smoke, I don't drink. Plz advice  !

chronic pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance, and heightened pain in response to tactile pressure , Others may include tingling of the skin, prolonged muscle spasms, weakness in the limbs, neurogenic pain , muscle twitching,  bowel and bladder disturbances. There is no  permanent cure for fibromyalgia , treatment is always symptomatic like muscle relaxants , opiods , exercise in your casr ….
