Severe pain in back hip and thigh
My wife has difuse bulge l4 l5 disc lumbar spine compresion of right root ,impinging of thecal sac mild comprising of thecal sac compromising both neural foramina. She has shooting pain from hip to toe with tingling sensation. Pain kiłers and physiotherapy are of no help. Pl advise

If pain killers and physiotherapy is not helping than consider surgery to decompress the nerve and stabilise that level Need to see MRI film for more clarity
