Severe pain in elbow since last 2 months
I am having sever pain in my elbow since last 2 months and pain is getting unbearable day by day. I had injured my hand while my bike fell on the pillar in the parking area. It was not a major injury. I consulted a doctor and after checkup she said there is no fracture hence proscribed some medicine ... There was no relief so I went to doctor again ... This time took xray but there was nothing in xray image ... Again new medicine were proscribed. Now it been more than two months but no relief. And pain is increasing . pls help me with your expert advise. Thanks Anita

• Do stretching exercises:- • Forearm Rotation • Begin with your elbow at your side and bent to 90 degrees. Turn your palm up and down as far as possible pain-free. Repeat 10 – 20 times. • Elbow Extension • Place your elbow on the edge of a bench or table . Straighten your elbow using your other hand until you feel a mild to moderate stretch pain-free. Repeat 10 – 20 times
