Severe pain in genitals
I'm experiencing a severe pain in my genital area 10-12 hrs back and i'm having a bit trouble sitting
Is it possible that it is an initial state of piles
Although i'm not showing any symptoms of such as i've checked online
If it is not what i think it is
Then please tell me cure

Hello there.
I can understand your but the word genitals means your sex organ and not anus.
Are you experiencing anything like constipation, blood in stools etc?
Because it could be piles or fissure in ano.
In this there is blood in stools with excruciating pain.
Have high fiber food. Avoid processed foods like maida and avoid straining for stools.
Consult a general surgeon for further examination and treatment.
