Severe pain in neck and shoulder
Pain in the neck and shoulder on right side unable to sleep because of pain on the bed so skewing on a chair, took x-ray in that it shows cervical spondylosis and also gap reduced in disc c4-c7

It is cervical spondylosis. Isn't it? Have you started with the treatment? Cervical spondylosis is becoming a common conditions amongst the working professionals. Luckily, it's treatable. Just follow your doctor's advice and stick with physiotherapy. You'll get better. All the best.
