You are suffering due to working in poor posture and poor ergonomic environment. Probably you have a forward head posture with rounded shoulders which has lead to stress on the structure behind the neck and thoracic outlet syndrome. Work on improving your posture, work in an ergonomic environment and do the relevant exercises. The MRI is reflective of the damage undergone due to poor posture of the neck for all these years.
