Severe pain in right eye
My mother is above 50, facing severe dryness in left eye, pain even she can't open her eye? Past Treatment: She fixed lenses 2 years ago, her left eye used to red most often. Doctors said this is due to dryness i need second opinion any one please? Now med using: Vigamox, AZM, Neo-K, antibiotics

Use only lubricant eye drops. Unnecessary antibiotics may itself cause dryness.please avoid sitting or lying infront of ac .
