It is not possible to tell u what u have without examining you clinically and ptobably getting an x ray and an mri. However since you are getting pain radiating down your leg along with tingling ,it could point towards a nerve compression usually by a prolapsed disc in your lower back..you need to rule out this possibility by visiting your orthopedic spine specialist  as it could be a serious matter.
Next Steps
visit your orthopedic spine specialist as soon as possible . don't ignore these symptoms.
Health Tips
avoid bending , lifting, take bed rest ..this will not heal what u have its just to prevent it from getting worst.watch out for inability to Control your bowel and bladder. ..if u have that or start getting that rush to the emergency dept.
