Hi As the teeth pain indicates the teeth caries which reaches inner nerve layer of the teeth...you need to go for x ray examination of the teeth...Based on the infection analgesics and antibiotics can be prescribed....only after seeing the severity of infection we can prescribe medications
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management
Health Tips
Medication is only temporary relief...Do root canal treatment as soon as possible

Hello Mr. Rakshit. If ketorol is not working you might need to add antibiotics. But take those ONLY Prescribed from a Dentist. Since its there from many years, its high time you should get it treated before its non treatable. More delay leads to more complex treatments and require more time. Not having time is no excuse for maintaning a good oral and overall health. Visit your dentist and ask him to give ypu appointments that are suitable for both of you instead of avoiding the treatment and eating pain killers like candy. All the best.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist.
