Severe pain on left side of abdomen

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I had a severe pain on the left side of my abdomen. The pain was unbearable and I had to go to a hospital. They injected a pain killer and an injection for gastro. It was fine for 2 days but then again I experienced the same pain. I had my sonography done but it showed swelling in kidney and lots of gas due to which it was not clearly visible.

Need to see the reports... lso get blood work done ..... urine test, Renal function,liver function,amylase ,lipase.... And go for a cect abdomen.
