Severe pain on the right side of throat
I have been having severe pain on the right side of my throat since 2 days.also having mouth ulcers on my tongue. Severe pain in neck movement.

You seem to be suffering from ulcers over the tonsil or lateral pharynx which are usually very painful. Treatment is usually symptomatic with analgesics for few days as ulcers heal spontaneously
