Today my MRI was read. I am experiencing severe lower back pain. The worst is on my left side, radiating down the leg and to the foot,. The have discovered that from my middle back down that all the disc are bulging. With the L4- L5, moderate to severe. Your symptoms suggests slipped disc.
This needs a proper evaluation by an Orthopaedic / spine surgeon followed by a planned treatment with related medicines and Physiotherapy. Most of the time it gets cured by Conservative means without surgery. As adviced

You need to consult a qualified physiotherapist to correct your problem at the earliest. Start sitting straight and avoid sitting sitting for more than 10 minutes.
Avvoid bending forwards.
