You may be having a deep cavity that may have infected the pulp of the tooth. You may require a root canal in that tooth. Sometimes sensitivity can also be due to gum recession and root exposure. Clinical examination and X-rays are required to advise you properly
Are you having this problem in any one tooth or in full mouth you are experiencing it. In one tooth probably the decay has reached to the nerves .please see a dentist for clinical evaluation.without seeing the condition it's difficult to say anything.
Hi sir..
Your teeth may got infected
First and foremost is to take X Ray (IOPA)to rule out the exact cause
If the cavity reaches the nerve layer(pulp layer)then root canal treatment should be done followed by capping(crowns)
There are several types of crown materials are available
Ceramic with warranty Rs.5000/-per teeth
Ceramic without warranty Rs.3500/-per teeth
Zirconia crowns Rs.10000/-per teeth
Zirconia crowns are best
The material of choice is depends upon your affordability
