Severe pain (sudulu guchinattu) when urine passed.please say tablets for reduce pain . I have using geri stat tablets at bedtime (daily one tablet)

An analgesic combiflam(ibugesic + paracetamol)  one tab taken twice daily helps in reducing pain as symptomatic Treatment.can consult your physician to modify doses as per your body weight and clinical condition. Also get further detailed evaluation for prostate,/LUTS done
