While going to urinate i have pain at the tip of pennis... Frequent urination in last night.. At the time i hv to go for toilet also

Get evaluation of the upper and lower urinary tract by urine examination routine and microscopic along with the ultrasonography of abdomen especially for the kidney,ureter,bladder& post void urine. Consult a urologist for clinical Evaluation with the investigation reports
