Severe Red Skin Problem/Rash
I have a red itchy rash all over my hands, feet, and elbows. Sometimes with cold weather or when the weather turns suddenly warm it gets worse. I have been to a doctor, she gave it a quick look and said it was atheletes feet, and sent in the sample from my skin. The lab came back negative for atheletes feet. I came in again for a diabetic testing and I don't have diabetes.
