Severe Sleep apnea
I have done home sleep test and test result is severe sleep apnea My hemoglobin is increased 18 Hemocrit 52 Pls if CPAP is required

Severe sleep apnea needs treatment. Better get an abg and chest xray and follow up with a pulmonologist

CPAP is required for treatment of severe sleep apnea . Please consult a pulmonologist/ sleep specialist.

Please do further work up urgently. Haemoglobin of 18 and PCV 52 requires more testing. We may have to evaluate if CPAP is required or Bi Level PAP. Please approach a chest physician.
