  4. Severe Throat pain. Pains very badly.

I had visited a doctor for the pain in my throat and he said that my tonsil is infected and he asked me to take Moxclav625 and paracetamol for 2 weeks. But now it has been 2 days of the medication and my fever is going high up to 104F and when I cough I even vomit and my throat pains very badly.

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and good painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. You may need to change painkillers
