Hi! I've been having a really bad toothache since 3 days ago and it's prolonging my difficulty in opening my mouth wide and in chewing. Both actions making my whole mouth numb with pain and the right side of my throat seems to be swelling with the pain wherein the toothache is also originating from. Is this a sign of an impacted wisdom tooth and should it be removed ASAP? Thanks!

The tooth ache is the reason for all your problems. If left unattended you may even develop spread of infection to distant parts of the body. Ignorance and neglect will cost you dearly. So don't wait check with a dentist immediately.
