Severe Tooth ache
I have pain in the side of my mouth near the decayed tooth. The part at the back of my mouth has skin that sinks inside the decayed tooth that is also half broken. After brushing the pain goes away for few minutes. I have tried everything and nothing works. Can tooth decay cause pain in the area around it. Please help .

It seems like a decayed tooth causing pain. Pain is due to involvement of innermost part of your teeth also called as pulp. If it's not too much broken then : root canal treatment (rct) and followed by crown/cap Moderately broken: rct + post and core (a procedure to build up broken tooth)  + crown If very much broken : cannot be saved, extraction and replacement
Next Steps
visit dentist and X ray should be taken first

AS Because of progression of tooth decay which causes of loss of crown structure  .. First and foremost x_ray(IOPA) Of the concerned tooth done.... Get an X-ray done for that tooth. If sufficient tooth structure is there then it can be saved by doing Root Canal Treatment(RCT) , otherwise it will go for extraction.

Visit a dentist ASAP

Your pain is due to the infected tooth. Consult a dentist and get an X-ray done. If there is enough tooth structure remaining theyit can be saved by root canal treatment and capping else you will have to remove that tooth
