Severe toothache and gumpain
Severe pain around the RCT CROWNED Tooth and gums since two days. I had done rct and crowning over that tooth two years back and now the pain over the area is killing me.

Hello. You should first get a x-ray done of that area. After that the decision will be taken. Till what level the infection has spread will decide the line of treatment. Either re root canal or extraction.
