Severe toothache
I have a severe toothache. (Wisdom tooth). My doctor is out of town till Monday. Kindly suggest a painkiller for the time being. I'll get the tooth extracted once my doctor is back from leave.

It is not necessary to get the tooth extracted, let your doctor look for the cause of wisdom tooth pain and decide
Till then pain killer will help you to over come the pain part
