Severe toothache (Wisdom tooth I guess)
I have been having severe toothache on the right side of my mouth for the last two days. The pain is negligible in day time but becomes increases when I lie down to sleep. At 1.40am tonight when it became unbearable, I took one tablet of Ketorol DT 10mg. At 4.30am, I woke up again due to rising pain. Don't know what to do at this hour. The pain gets better when I stand and move around but I just can't sleep

Do not repeat painkiller before 6 hours gap. You can do hot water gargles with salt. You will need an antibiotic probably. Consult a dentist to get an X-ray done according to which they will advise you treatment
