Dear sir/mam ,
i had the first episode of panic/scared attack of having heart attack in 2016 , i rushed to ER after having mild chest pain. they did ECG and found tachycardia and told me that i have acid reflux. than i prevent almost everthing that could cause it all this years.
Now in 2019 , recently i went to kedarnath trip with my family where i was again started to have high heartbeats and i scared so much that i dont want to travel anywhere. all that was throuh my mind was
-how will i reach back my home or hospital if something
bad happens (heartache etc.) . as there was no hopital nearby 250kms which will take 8hours drive.for whole 3-4 days my heart was beating faster
-again after month i went on roas journey which is 700kms . started to get sam anxiety.
-also i sweat lots and i can feel pulse in most part of my body
provide me solution i can live my life without this
suffering. i want to travel the world but fear stop me

You have panic disorder with Acreophobia as per your history if rule out cardiac pathology.Don't worry its treatable with medication n behaviour therapy.pls consult psychiatrist.

I cam imagine it must be quite tough for you.
Increased heart beat, breathlessness, tingling numbness abnormal sensation in stomach can all symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety disorder is a treatable medical condition and can be effectively treated with medications and psychological therapy . please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management.
