Females are always at risk for urinary tract infection. Chances increase after sexual intercourse. Most important thing is to increase fluid intake. You should not hold urine for long time. Use lubrication like KY jelly during intercourse. Pass urine after having intercourse before going to bed. Keep genital area dry and clean. If still you get infection you may need single shot antibiotic after intercourse.
