Severely Tanned skin

Sir, I have a severely Tanned skin which has got Tanned by years of sun exposure. My body parts exposed especially face,neck,and arms got discoloured. I have tried many natural ways to get rid off it. But it didn't work at all. Not only that I have some scratches on my cheeks due to pimples I had in my adolescence. Can you please suggest a skin whitening soap for me to remove all the sun tan permanently from my skin and get back my fair complexion? Please sir.. please do reply to me...
