Sevier sciatic nerv pain
I always had problem of sever pain in night in my leg from childhood and was never able to explain how is the pain like and what is it exactly but recently I came across facebook post and symptoms relate very much to my condition and I realize it's a spinal problem as per that information
Please advise what is cure

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...Consult nearest neurologist for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
