What do you mean by wasted sperms. Its not like that there is a limited store of sperms in body..there is a continuous production of new sperms.
Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are treatable and several treatment options are available. Kindly consult a psychiatrist in person for detailed evaluation and treatment.
Backache can be due to several reasons improper posture is one of them. Maintain a correct posture, sleep on hard bed and get examined by an orthopaedician nearby.
