I had sex (first time )with a prostitute and used a double condom and the condom broke as I heard the pop sound I pulled out within 5 seconds and I consulted a doctor he suggested me pep (tenofovir ,emtricitibine and efavirenz) started within 32 hours of post exposure and I am circumcised and I completed pep 2 day's ago
1.what are the chances of me getting HIV from 1 exposure with broken condom
2. I heard starting pep within 36hours is very effective nearly 100%
3. I heard virus are resistant to NNRTI(EFV)
4.is viraday a perfect regime
