Don't worry night fall is not an illness and is quite normal. Masturbation also doesn't causes any weakness or sexual dysfunction contrary to popular belief. Most of the time its the lubricating fluid that comes out from penis when aroused not semen. That fluid is necessary for proper lubrication during sex. Its the associated guilt and anxiety that causes problems instead.
