Sexual frustration
I am 23 yrs male from india , student, I am sexually frustrated, I can't control my sexual feeling towards women. I don't have any girl friends. I didn't even try to get one. I am quite good looking with average body. I recently started drinking. I'm not an alcoholic but I drink once or twice per month. I'm getting a feeling that I should spend some time with girls. I feel lonely sometimes. I have good relationship with my parents. In my own time I always think about girls. What should I do?

It's common at this age to think about girls but you also need to set achievable goals related to your career and improve your confidence levels. That would help you to come out of continuous thoughts of women..
