I feel pain while having sex due to my penis foreskin. Is there any alternative available (apart from circumcision) . Fir eg any medicine, gel etc. so that my penis flreskin will get stretch easily .

it may b phimosis or paraphimosis better send pic for proper assessment and treatment
not all cases needs surgery
