My wife has MVR last year in July because of infective endocarditis since then we away from having sex. She is much better. Is it safe to have sex since her heart is having one mitral artificial valve now. She has Stable INR Around 3. I am just wondering is there any problem having sex with her now onward. i am not concerned about pregnancy or anything I am concerned about her heart rate increase during intercousres.
