Vaginismus is not a disease.
It is due to muscle tone around vagina.
While having penetration plevic muscles are contract in fear of pain.
To avoid this u should do long foreplay that make ur vagina so wet so penis insertion will be smooth.
And make ur legs fully flex at hip and knee level
