First calculate total days of your wife’s periods cycle, example it’s 30 days interval every month. Then minus 14 days from that (30-14= 16), means 16 th days ovulation occurs. From 5 days prior to it like from 11 th days to 5 days after it like up to 21st days( 11 to 21st day, do alternate day sex, that will gives best chance for getting pregnant.
