I get an erection which lasts not more than 5 mins, and is lost.
Than I get erection after 15 min which lasts for not more than 2 mins.
The urine passed after this ejeculation has some traces of semen(kind of phase) in it.

Normal sex timing is 4 to 6 minutes.So your timing is adequate.Also as semen and urine share the same route some semen mixed in urine is possible after sex and this is perfectly normal.
