Sexual life consultation
Hello doctor, I'm a married 27yr old man, I fall into obese category, weighing 103kgs, 5'10" tall, BMI ranging 31. i enjoy a good married life, but my sexual life is in a worst state it's been 2 years since our marriage but we have been intimate not more then 10 times, last encounter being more than 8 months now. i haven't enjoyed any kind of physical relationship between us, my approach towards this topic is highly positive but my partner outright rejects it, there is  no constructive discussion between us for this matter. even my wife realises for this matter but I feel it's hugely psychological problem to her, she's very much afraid to get into any kind of intimacy or even touching. apart from that she doesn't even feel to get closer to me or have any kind of bodily contact. i resort to masturbation 4-5times a week due to frustration. I haven't forced her anytime for it. kindly help me out, help me with a solution and is there any fault on my side which I need to address? thanks!

First you need to have a healthy discussion with your wife regarding inactive /low sexual desires due to which reasons. It may be negative attitude towards sexuality /seeing it as painful /shameful /heard negative things. You can do masturbation as per your natural rhythm of sexual desires till your wife comes out by herself.
Next Steps
For proper penile erection, you need to reduce your wt gradually 2-3kg/month till 80-85 kg. You can do regular exercise and maintain healthy diet for it.
Health Tips
Kindly tell your wife to consult herself on practo for better evaluation and treatment. Happy to help. Take care. Bye!
