I had a sexual intercourse with my girlfriend, I guess too often, and on the top of my penis i felt the pain when I watched, there was small cuts ( its seems like small sharp object cuts) after it healed I saw that some scars or something else started to appear there. What it can be and should I use some medicine to repair it to previous condition?

If it's a recurring problem, then you may require a circumcision. especially when the foreskin is tight
