iPill is an emergency Contraceptive pill and it is used for prevention of pregnancy in those ladies who have sex inferquently, say once in few months. For those who have sex more frequently than that, it is advisable to use routine oral pills or condoms. Condoms also protect you from sexually transmitted infections, which the pills cant protect you from. In your case the sex after periods could cause a pregnancy but since you have taken ipill, mostly the pregnancy will not happen. But this can be ascertained only by seeing that you get bleeding within 7 days of taking ipill. So if you have got the bleeding, rest assured everything is Okay and that sex did not result in a pregnancy. But if there is NO bleeding withing 7-15 days after taking ipill, it could mean that there could be a pregnancy. The surest way to detect a pregnancy is by doing a urine pregnancy test on day of missed period. So if you miss your period date , do a urine pregnancy test in a lab using early morning sample of urine.
Next Steps
When ever you have sex, always insist on the partner to use condoms. Its your right to protect yourself.
