My penis is so weakened. It cannot be able to stand persistently within 30 seconds.what is the reason behind that, but 3 years before I am very strong in sex & I can do sex twice a day with girl but now a day one time sex with a girl is very tedious.. I had a habit of hand shaking for 2 years.if it is the reason for that problem

dear practo user your expectations for erections within 30sec are incorrect .....usually you need to have proper spontaneous sexual intimacy with your partner and the type of atmosphere (quality of mutual behaviour of partners is directly proportuinal to this problem) also their ate many other factors

overindulgence in sexual activities
mental stress
physical stress and many more

possible that because chronic masturbation you are not getting enjoyment which results into incomplete erections
