SGPT is High
Post covid after 30 days my sgpt level is 159. It's higher than usual. What needs to be done? Earlier it was normal.

Don't worry,repeat your LFT after 2weeks after having following medication,appears drug induced transaminitis or extrahepatic source
Next Steps
take tab udilive 450mg twice daily for 7 days

take plenty of fluids and stop all medication if your taking

Repeat LFT after 1 week If still high then get HbsAg and Anti HCV testing done and consult a Gastroenterologist
