SGTP>164 and SGOT>78
I was feeling little pain last month on both sides of my rib and then meetup Gastrologist, he suggested me Urine RE/ME and LFT test to be done. In examination it found SGPT>50 and consult doctor again he prescribed Udiliv 300 mg for 2months, after having medication for 35days I done my LFT test again and found SGPT>163 and SGOT>77. Please suggest is it dengerous or need to be concern more??

U should get tested for hepatitis B and Hepatitis C . If diabetic, make sure it is well controlled and triglycerides r normal ; if not need appropriate treatment. Avoid alcohol completely and fried , high carbohydrate content food. A fibroscan may be helpful in assessing degree of damage and fat in liver . .
